Includes statue of the hospital’s founder, Sir Thomas Guy, centered in the front courtyard entrance.
Originally published in William Maitland’s The History of London from its Foundation to the Present Time.
“Page 667” (printed in the upper right-hand corner), making it print from the 1739 first edition.
