Beautiful, hand-knotted antique Tekke Turkmen Chuval (nomadic storage bag face).
This is an authentic tribal textile, likely dating to the late 19th or early 20th century.
It features the iconic “Tekke Gül” (medallion) design with six primary guls on a deep madder-red field.
One side has aged into a stunning, muted sun-faded terracotta/orange, while the other side retains the original, rich deep reds and purples.
